The last three years at UMB have been both extremely exciting and challenging. Every stage, from rigorous coursework to extended lab sessions to practical clinical encounters, has pushed me to grow both intellectually and personally. The excitement of discovering how to save lives and make a real impact has kept me motivated throughout this demanding journey. Beyond academics, studying in Bialystok has been an incredible experience—it's a student-friendly and safe city, offering a welcoming atmosphere, vibrant culture, and a perfect environment to focus on both personal and professional growth.

Almost seven years have passed since I began my PhD study at MUB, a place that shaped both my scientific and social growth. The international environment provided opportunities, allowing me to collaborate with experts and gain valuable experience abroad in various institutions. After completing PhD, I launched a starting MINIATURA study with the support of the MUB team. Their encouragement and resources empowered me to pursue my scientific goals with confidence. Looking back, my journey at MUB was not just about education but about transformation and limitless possibilities.

Studying at the Medical University of Białystok has been an exceptional experience. The university offers high-quality education and provides top-notch clinical practice. I chose to study at the Medical University of Białystok because of its excellent learning environment and modern facilities, which thoroughly prepare students for their future careers. Białystok is a charming city with a beautiful city center, numerous parks, and a welcoming atmosphere. I am very happy with my decision to pursue my medical education at MUB.

Within just a semester, it is evident that the Medical University of Bialystok is and will continue to provide me with a strong foundation in medical knowledge, clinical skills, and research. With access to modern facilities, experienced faculty, and hands-on training, I feel confident in my journey to becoming a skilled and compassionate doctor. The university’s emphasis on innovation and patient-centered care is shaping me into a future physician ready to face the challenges of modern medicine.

At the time, my familiarity with the city was limited to what I had read, but now, after six enriching years, I can confidently say that neither the country nor the city and, most significantly, the university has disappointed me.

While I arrived with certain expectations and leave behind more than I could have imagined, I carry forward far greater treasures than I ever anticipated.

Although I was born in Poland, studying at MUB has allowed me to rediscover Białystok through a completely new lens. The professors here are more than just experts in their fields—they are passionate mentors who genuinely care about their students’ progress. Their dedication goes beyond lectures, offering guidance and encouragement that makes learning feel personal and transformative.
